Shawnee Mills Cinnamon Chipotle Pancake Puffs

1 package of Shawnee Mills Pancake Mix

½ cup cinnamon

3 Tbs. chipotle flavoring*

16 oz. powdered sugar

2 oz. water

Pancake Puffs

Make Shawnee Mills pancake mix according to directions. Add cinnamon and chipotle flavoring. Pour batter into greased mini muffin pan and bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Let cool 30 minutes.

Glaze

Combine powdered sugar and water in mixing bowl. Whisk until fully mixed and spoon over pancake puffs. Dust powdered sugar on top (optional)
