Lopez Black Angus Sliders with Ancho Chili Mayo

1 pkge. Lopez Black Angus Patties

1 pkge. O’Steen Anaheim Peppers

4 cups mayonnaise

1 ½ Tbsp. ancho seasoning*

Lettuce

Tomato

Slider buns

Heat Lopez Black Angus Patty to 165 internal temp. on a flat-top or in the oven.

Fry Osteen Anaheim Peppers at 350 until golden brown.

Mix 4 cups of mayonnaise and 1 ½ tbsp of ancho flavoring.

Top patty with mayo mixture and an Anaheim pepper. Place on toasted bun and finish with condiments.
