Lopez Meatloaf Hoagies

1 pkge. Lopez Meatloaf Patties

1 onion

Fresh spinach or green leaf lettuce

Mashed potatoes*

Hoagie Bun

Demi-glaze sauce (see recipe below)

Heat Lopez Meatloaf patty to internal temp of 165 on a flat-top or in the oven. Place patty on a toasted hoagie bun and top with 2oz demi sauce

Prepare mashed potatoes to taste and spoon 2 oz onto patty. Finish with condiments.

Demi-Glace Sauce

Caramelize 2 lbs sliced onions and add to ½ gallon of Custom Culinary Demi-Glaze
